Terms

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy from Mementivo or use a memory page. Mementivo is run by Storenhance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 16368938), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hola@mementivo.com.

What you buy

A 3D-printed map of the place you choose, made to order, with an NFC chip that opens a memory page on a phone. The price, the delivery cost and the expected delivery date are shown before you pay. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email.

Pictures and the 3D preview show the design as closely as we can; a printed object can differ slightly in colour and detail.

Payment

You pay when you order, through Stripe. Prices are in euros or pounds, as shown at checkout, and include any tax we have to charge.

Returns and faults

Each map is made for one person, so it can't be returned for a change of mind: the legal 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications.

If it arrives damaged or faulty, write to hola@mementivo.com within 30 days with a photo and we will fix it, make it again or refund you, at no cost. This does not limit your legal rights for faulty goods.

Your memory page

The page comes with the map. The chip opens it for as long as we run the service, and we will tell page owners well in advance if that ever changes.

Plus adds more room and features to a page. It is optional, renews every year until you cancel, or can be bought once for life. You can cancel the yearly plan at any time from the page; it stops at the end of the year already paid. You can also cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund. If Plus ends, nothing is deleted or hidden: you just can't add more.

What you put on a page

You keep the rights to everything you upload. You let us store it and show it to the people who open the page, only for that.

Only upload what you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or hurtful to others. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms, and we will tell you why. To report a page, write to us.

Accounts

You need to be 16 or over to have an account and 18 or over to buy. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another country you keep the protections its consumer law gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please write to us first: most things are quicker to sort out by email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the day you order applies to that order.
